Dues in the amount of $300 per lot owned were due March 31, 2026. Payments postmarked after April 15th will incur a $25.00 late fee. If you haven’t done so already, please return payment in the form of a check written out to “Spring Run Owners Association”. If any member is experiencing difficulty paying dues in full by the due date, please contact the Board at springrunboard@gmail.com.
The next quarterly Board meeting will be held on April 11, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Fort White Library. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
