The Annual Meeting of SROA will be held on January 10, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Fort White Library. Per Article IV-1 of the Bylaws, the purpose of the annual meeting is to elect Directors and to transact such other matters as may properly come before the members. If you would like to nominate yourself or another SROA member for upcoming openings in the Board, please email springrunboard@gmail.com. Ballots will be mailed to all members in December, and ballots may be cast in person or by absentee. All members in good standing (i.e., members who maintain a zero balance on assessment dues through the 2025 calendar year) are encouraged to attend and vote.
The annual meeting of the Board of Directors will be held immediately following the adjournment of the annual meeting, at which the Directors shall appoint the officers of the Association. All members in good standing are encouraged and welcome to attend.
