Scott Kremser contacted the SRWMD and obtained the original SROA construction and water management plans from 1987. Jack’s property resides within Basin 6 according to the plans. SROA cannot be liable for water that fills in designated Basins, and modifications from the original design would cause SROA to be uncompliant with our current permit.
